Senior Employment Relations Adviser
Madelyn is an accomplished Human Resources professional with comprehensive experience across a variety of industries – particularly Government Administration (Federal) Professional Services and the Private Sector. Madelyn has graduated a Bachelor of Commerce (Human Resource Management) combined with a Bachelor of Arts (Philosophy/Politics) and postgraduate qualifications in Criminology and Criminal Justice. Madelyn has lived and studied abroad in the field of international HR and European Union politics, and has additional qualifications in front-line management and work health and safety, gained throughout her extensive employment experience in a variety of human resources, corporate services, governance and project management roles.
Madelyn brings a sound practical understanding of various industries to her work as an Adviser, starting from her early experience in hospitality and sales, through to financial services and building and construction. Madelyn credits her ability to relate to clients due to her vast professional and personal endeavours.
Madelyn successfully completed the Australian Bureau of Statistics graduate program in Canberra, gaining practical experience and leading reform initiatives in government, politics and parliament, developing an acute understanding in law. Madelyn has held advisory roles in: learning and development, system implementation, WHS/OHS projects, procurement and assurance (audit, risk management and fraud).
Madelyn joined Employsure as an Employment Relations Adviser, to provide practical advice and pragmatic solutions to employers. Madelyn is committed to supporting small and medium businesses in ensuring workplaces are legislatively complaint, fair and safe. Madelyn continues to use her strong adaptability and interpersonal skills to provide a tailored and professional client experience.
