Senior Employment Relations Adviser
Michelle graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts with a major in politics. Michelle has also completed a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the College of Law before being admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of Victoria. Whilst undertaking her studies, Michelle gained practical experience working at the CFMEU, where she gained exposure to a range of union activities.
Michelle has also previously practised as a personal injuries solicitor managing Workers Compensation and Transport Accident claims in Victoria. During this time, she represented and advised clients on a range of litigated matters and has appeared and advocated for her clients at the Magistrates Court of Victoria and Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
Prior to joining Employsure, Michelle worked as an Industrial Relations Consultation, representing employees in Unfair Dismissal and General Protections claims. Here she gained valuable insight and experience on claims process at the Fair Work Commission.
Michelle has a passion for workplace relations and assisting employers in providing a fair and safe workplace.
